Connecting your website to FormStatus
- Create your FormStatus account
- Visit app.formstatus.co and click Sign Up.
- Enter your name, email address, create a password, confirm your password, tick off the "I'm not a robot" box of the reCaptcha then click on Register. Confirm your account via the email confirmation link.
- Set up your first workspace
- After logging in, you’ll be prompted to create a workspace called "Teams".
- Name your workspace according to your project or team (e.g., "Marketing Forms" or "Client XYZ").
- Connect your first form
- Go to the Forms tab and click Add New Form.
- Enter the form URL
- Select the correct form to monitor
- If you haven't installed the plugin yet to your site, click on "Download Formstatus Plugin", save it to your computer, and install it to your site.
- Fill out the information needed here. Ensure that all 3 checks are enabled.
- The fields under "Additional Settings" are pre-set. Unless there's something there that you need, scroll past it and go straight to the bottom of the page, hit "Submit".
- You'll see all the added forms on the "Forms" tab
- Explore your dashboard
- The Dashboard shows the health of all connected forms in one place.
- View form check status distribution, forms added over time and recent checks.
