At FormStatus, we believe in simple, scalable, and transparent pricing that grows with you. Our pricing is metered usage-based, so you only pay for what you use—based on the number of forms you're monitoring.

How pricing works

Metered Usage

You’re billed based on the total number of forms being monitored across your sites.

Example: If you have 12 forms across 3 websites, you’re only billed for those 12 forms.

Automatic Discounts

As you monitor more forms, your cost per form goes down. Our pricing tiers are designed to support your growth with built-in volume discounts.

No Hidden Fees

You won’t pay extra for alerts, reports, or team access. Just focus on the number of forms you want monitored.

If you're managing a large number of websites or forms (typically 100+), we offer custom pricing agreements tailored to your needs. This includes:
